It is rare to have the opportunity to revisit and reimagine the same project years later, making this renovation especially meaningful. Davenport originally designed this condominium seventeen years ago when it was first built. When the original homeowners sold the residence, the new owners engaged Davenport once again to thoughtfully refresh and redefine the home for a new chapter.
The renovation centered on creating a more open and connected living environment by widening cased openings between the Kitchen, Dining Room, and Living Room, while updating the Kitchen with a new bar area and additional sink. The home’s color palette was refreshed, and a full-scale redesign was implemented throughout the residence.
The intent behind the redesign was not only to breathe new life into the home, but also to preserve the timeless aesthetic and character that first drew the homeowners to it. The result is a refined, welcoming interior that honors the original design while feeling entirely renewed for modern living.
