Design Deliverables
The client downsized to a smaller home, but it was important that the new space retain the same warmth and sentiment as her previous residence. To achieve this, the kitchen and primary bathroom were fully renovated to reflect her preferences.
In the primary bathroom, two separate “his and his” bathrooms were reconfigured and combined into a single, spacious suite featuring a dedicated steam shower, a soaking tub, dual vanities, and an expansive dressing area.
While the kitchen’s square footage remained unchanged, the cabinetry, appliances, flooring, and the addition of ceiling beams were redesigned to bring architectural interest and enhance functionality.
Select furnishings and lighting from the client’s previous home were incorporated to maintain familiarity and comfort, thoughtfully complemented by new pieces and updated décor.
