2019 Home For The Holidays Showcase

The Home For The Holidays Showcase house delivers!

Head over to see the beautiful transformation of this home and the power of renovation to renew and restore a space. But hurry and add this to your list of holiday events before it closes December 8th.

Until you can get there in person, enjoy this sneak peek of a sampling of the spaces in store at the Homes for the Holidays Showhouse.

Master Bedroom. Designer: James Wheeler, J. Wheeler Designs. The focal point of this room is the gorgeous cascading chandelier that emits a gentle luminesce without distracting from the natural light pouring in from the 16-panel window draped in gentle sweeps of soft sheers framed by sturdy curtains as window treatments. Luxury exudes from the warm cream tones and deep royal purple accents, making this room both an indulgence and cozy space.

Master Bathroom. Designer: Tish Mills Kirk, Tish Interior Design.  Inside this interior space, large windows belie the fact that the room is in the corner of the house and offer so much openness and light that the walls feel invisible, as though when you walk into this room, you’re really walking into the woods for a relaxing soak in the free-standing soaker tub among the trees.

Study. Designer: Anna Braund, Ann Braund Interiors This is no stuffy study. The traditional pieces are embraced in a splendid sanctuary made possible by the oversize art installation filling one whole wall that offers a view as though standing on a dock. Combined with a room color as relaxing as a seaside cottage in the evening, the whole room feels as though it’s an enclave nestled near the water somewhere not too far away...

Front of the House. Designer: Anna-Louise Wolfe, Anna Louis Wolfe, LTD In the Showhouse, the details are resplendent. Every space has purpose, filling the home with useful and beautiful places such as the side nook alongside the staircase, a small moment created with rich fabrics in deep tones to make this a shady resting spot next to the majesty of the twirling staircase, hearkening to a reader’s nook next to an ancient oak tree.

Kitchen. Kingdom Woodworks and Chris Holt, Holt Interiors. Understanding that the kitchen is the heart of a home, the pulse of this kitchen is alive and visceral with energy flowing from the use of foliage that give a healthy and vitalized feeling to this space. The vibe is fresh and energetic while also comforting within the embrace of the warm olive color and overarching leafy pattern adorning the ceiling like a canopy.

Covered Porch. Designer: Robin Burnett, Robin Burnett Design. This room has whimsy as a family gathering place, reminiscent of a woodsy cabin where the family huddles on a snowy day for fireside games and warm mugs of cocoa, chatting as the evening wanes. Fluffy white couches beckon family members to get comfortable for the long haul as everyone enjoys spending time together in this rustic and warm space.

Living Room. Designer: Chris Holt, Holt Interiors. Warm and inviting, this room is the essence of a space meant for engaging in conversation and relaxing in style. The fireplace feature anchors the sitting area that looks soft in cream and neutral tones ready to sink into and stay awhile. An armchair gives the room permission for just one guest to recline and seek respite from the busy pace of life with a reading lamp curling over the chair just right to illuminate the pages of a good book.
